Avocado Dip

Lynn's Cucumber Avocado Dip

1 x Tomato
2 x Cucumbers
2 cup Sour cream
1 pkt dried Italian salad dressing mix
1 x Avocado, peeled and diced

 Method :
Peel, seed and dice tomato. Peel, split lengthwise, seed and dice cucumbers. Thoroughly drain all liquid from tomato and cucumbers. Mix all the ingredients and chill before serving.
Serve with chips or vegetables.
