Avocado Dip

Cullen's Pear Avocado Dip

2 x Very ripe pears, peeled and chopped
1 x Very ripe avocado, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 tbl Lemon juice
2 tbl Grated orange rind
2 tbl Spiced or plain dark rum
1/2 cup Chopped peanuts or macadamia nuts
1 dsh Allspice

 Method :
Mint sprigs for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree for approximately 1 minute. Pour the pureed mixture into a glass dessert dish or parfait glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Garnish with mint sprigs and serve cold.
