Lynn's Sour Cream Onion Avocado Dip

1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
2 tsp chopped onion
1/8 tsp hot sauce
1 x ripe avocado peeled, pitted,
    and mashed

 Method :
Combine all ingredients. Serve immediately.
This recipe yields about 1 1/2 cups for 3 servings.
