Avocado Dip
Cullen's Chili Coriander Avocado Dip
1 lrg Ripe avocado
The juice of half a lemon
75 gm Unflavoured fromage frais
1 x Clove garlic, peeled and chopped
3 tbl Fresh coriander leaves
1 x Green chili, chopped
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ground cumin
Method :
Cut the avocado lengthways into two and remove the stone. Scoop out the flesh.
Put the avocado flesh and the remaining ingredients, except cumin, in a food
processor and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle the cumin on top.
