Avocado Dip

James's Curry Pineapple Avocado Dip

1 lrg Avocado, diced (2 cups)
2 tsp Fresh lime or lemon juice
2 tsp Sugar
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/4 cup Heavy cream
1/4 cup Pineapple juice
1/2 tsp Curry powder

 Method :
Force avocado through a large wire sieve. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Chill Makes 6 servings.
