Avocado Dip

Lynn's Black Bean Avocado Dip

1large avocado
juice from one lime
2/3 c. canned black beans(rinsed and drained
2 green onions chopped
1 tomato seeded and chopped
hot sauce to taste

Directions:
cut and scoop out avocado, discarding center. Mash avacado meat, add juice from fresh lime.
Add remaining ingredients with a little salt if desired
