Avocado Soup & Stew

 

Shanna's Avocado Cream Soup

 

1 lrg ripe avocado, peeled, seeded and
    sliced
1 1/2 cup broth
1 x clove garlic
1/8 tsp hot pepper flakes or a few drops Tabasco
1 1/2 cup cracked ice
1/2 cup cream or milk

 Method :
Into the container of a blender, put the avocado, broth, garlic and pepper flakes. Cover and blend on high speed for 15 seconds. Remove cover and add the ice and milk or cream. Cover and blend for 10 seconds longer. Stir before pouring.
Serve sprinkled with chopped chives, dill, cilantro or parsley.
