Avocado Soup & Stew

 

Cullen's Avocado Chick Pea Soup

 

1 can Cooked chick peas
500 ml Fresh chicken stock, (17 1/2fl oz)
2 x Cloves garlic
    Juice and zest of 2 lemons
1 tbl Tahini
    Ground cumin
250 ml Double cream, (9fl oz)
1 x Ripe avocado
2 x Limes
    Tabasco
    Hot water
    Plenty of ice

 Method :
Liquidise first eight ingredients and chill. Liquidise avocado, lime and tabasco, thin down with hot water. Season and serve.
