Granny's Spinach Avocado Soup

1 pkt frozen spinach (thawed) (250 g )
2 x avocados - pulp only
1 x lemon - juice only
1 clv garlic - crushed
700 ml chicken stock
1 tsp cumin
    light sour cream - for garnish

 Method :
Place all ingredients except sour cream in the food processor, process until smooth. Place in a large bowl, cover and chill. Serve in 4 bowls with a swirl of sour cream to garnish.
