Avocado Dressing

Cullen's Avocado Lemon Sour Cream Dressing

1/2 cup Avocados, peeled and chopped
2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Celery Salt
1 dsh Pepper
1 cup Sour Cream, divided

 Method :
Place avocado, lemon juice, salt, celery salt, pepper and 1/2 cup sour cream in blender container. Cover and puree until smooth.
Blend in an additional 1/2 cup sour cream.
Chill, covered, allowing flavors to blend.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups
