Avocado Dressing
Cullen's Herbed Avocado Dressing
1x Avocado peeled, pitted, and cubed
1/2 cup Nonfat Plain Yogurt
1/2 cup Nonfat Buttermilk
1/4 cup Watercress washed, stemmed, and coarsely chopped
1/4 cup Parsley -- minced
2 x Scallions -- minced
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Dill
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method :
Combine all ingredients in blender at high speed for 1 minute.
Pour into a container and refrigerate until needed.
Description: "Lowfat avocado dressing"
Fat.
Serving Ideas: Serve as a salad dressing, or use it to dip veggies.
NOTES: Keeps 2 days.
