  Cabbage:

Carrots:

Good for eyes packed with beta carotene a powerful anti cancer, immune boosting, infection fighting antioxidant with wide protective powers.

Cantaloupes:

Helps lower blood pressure and cholesterol, reduce the risk of cancer, cataracts, and heart disease. Rich in vitamin C and beta-carotene and potassium. Very few calories.

Cauliflower:

A member of the famous cruciferous or cabbage family and has much of the same compounds as broccoli or cabbage.

Celery:

 Can help reduce high blood pressure.

Dandelions:

High in carotene.
