Crab Casseroles
Shanna's Fresh Crab Celery Pepper Cheese Casserole
8 slc Bread
2 cup Crabmeat
1 cup Diced Onion
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1 cup Chopped Celery
Paprika To Taste
1/2 cup Diced Green Pepper
4 lrg Beaten Eggs
3 cup Milk
10 1/2 oz Cream Of Mushroom Soup
Grated Cheddar Cheese
Method :
Cook the celery for 10 minutes in a small amount of water. Drain the celery.
Dice 4 slices of bread into the casserole. Mix the crabmeat, onion, Miracle
Whip, green peppers and celery. Place over bread in casserole. Dice remaining 4
slices of bread and place on top of crabmeat mixture. Mix the eggs and milk;
pour over top. Bake for 15 minutes in a 325 F oven. Spoon soup over top. Add
grated cheese and paprika. Continue to bake at 325 F for one hour. Serve hot.
