Crab Casseroles

 

James's Fresh Crab Bacon Cheese Casserole

 

2 x stips Bacon 
1 med Onion, Chopped 
1 stalk Celery, sliced 
2 dsh Hot sauce 
1 can (8 oz) Tomato sauce 
1 clv garlic, minced 
1 cup Shredded American cheese
1/2 tsp Curry powder
1 tbl Lemon juice
2 cup Crab meat

 Method :
Braise bacon and onion in a little salt, about 10-15 minutes, until tender. Add all ingredients except cheese and crab, heat through. Add cheese and crab, heat until cheese is melted. Serve over steamed rice.
