James's Canned Salmon Pea Loaf

2 can Salmon,drained(15.5z ea)
2 x Eggs, beaten
1 tbl Onion, chopped
2 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Cracker crumbs, fine
1 can Peas,drained(8.5z)
1/4 cup Tomato catsup

 Method :
1. Combine in a mixing bowl salmon, eggs, onion, lemon juice, salt and cracker crumbs.
2. Carefully fold in peas.
3. Pack into a greased 1 1/2-quart loaf pan; bake in a preheated 350'F. oven 30 minutes.
4. Spread loaf with catsup; bake 5 minutes longer.
