Can Fish Casserole

 

Shanna's Canned Salmon Rice Casserole

 

1 1/2 cup Minute Rice
2 tbl Butter or margarine
2 tbl Flour
2 cup Milk
1 can Salmon
1/2 x Lemon , Juice of
1/2 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

 Method :
Cook Minute Rice according to instructions. Melt butter and add flour. When mixed well, gradually add milk. Cook until thickened. Sprinkle lemon juice over salmon. Layer rice, salmon, white sauce and cheese in 9 x 13" greased pan. Bake in 350 oven for 20-25 minutes.
Serves 4.
