Can Fish Casserole
Cullen's Cheesy Canned Salmon Casserole
2 can Salmon (7 3/4 oz cans)
1 tbl Lemon juice
2 x Eggs, beaten
1 cup Rolled oats
1 cup Cheese, grated
1/4 cup Onion, diced
1/2 cup Celery, diced
1/2 cup Carrots, grated
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Parsley flakes, dried
1 can Cream of mushroom soup (8oz)
3/4 cup Milk or 1/2 cream & 1/2 milk
Method :
Mix all ingredients except soup and milk. Bake in a loaf tin or a casserole dish
in a 350F oven for 40 - 45 minutes. Remove from pan. Combine soup and milk, heat
and pour over the loaf as a sauce.
