Can Fish Casserole

 

Lynn's Canned Tuna Chinese Cashews Casserole

 

1 can tuna (7 oz) drained
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced onion
3 tbl margarine
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (10 1/2 oz)
1 can bean sprouts (16 oz) drained
1 tbl soy sauce
1 cup cashews coarsely chopped

 Method :
Combine all ingredients in crockpot, sir well, cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 9 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours. Serve over chow mein noodles.
May substitute 1 cup diced cooked chicken for the tuna.
