Cullen's Banana Maple Pecan French Toast

Batter

3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 Tablespoons orange juice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
dash nutmeg

Topping

Warm together 1/4 cup maple syrup and 1 Tablespoon butter. Just before serving stir in one sliced banana and 1 Tablespoon chopped pecans.

I use whole wheat bread, dipped, sprinkled with cinnamon, fried in margarine, cut in triangles.

In nature there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are consequences.
