Granny's Field Peas Fritters

2 cups cooked field peas 
1 cup flour 
2 teaspoons baking powder 
1 teaspoon pepper 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1 tablespoon curry powder 
2 eggs 
1 1/2 cups milk 

Mix all dry ingredients. Beat eggs and milk. Gently stir in cooked peas. Drop from spoon into 3/4 inch of hot fat and fry until golden brown.

Make a bet every day, otherwise you might walk around lucky and never know it.
