Ground Beef Casseroles

 

James's Ground Beef Noodle Tomato Casserole

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 t. salt to taste
1/2 t. pepper to taste
1 16-oz. can tomatoes, chopped
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
1 13-3/4 oz. can beef broth
1 C. chopped green pepper
1 T. paprika
6 oz pkg. egg noodles

Mix beef with salt & pepper, shape into 20 small meatballs.
Bake in 9x13 inch pan at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Drain fat from meatballs.
Mix remaining ingredients together & add to meatballs.
Lower heat to 400 degrees. Bake uncovered 25 minutes or until noodles are tender.
