Ground Beef Casseroles

 

Kat's Ground Beef Stuffing Casserole

1 lb. lean hamburger 
1 7-oz. package Pepperidge Farm cubed herb seasoned stuffing 
1 can cream of mushroom soup 


Prepare stuffing as directed on package. 

Make small hamburger patties (8 to 10) 

Put 1/2 the patties in a 1 & 1/2 quart casserole. Layer 1/2 of the stuffing over patties. Add another layer of hamburger patties, another layer of stuffing 

Pour soup over all & bake at 350º for 45 minutes
