James's Hash Brown Pie



5 large eggs
5 to 8 slices of bacon (depending how much you like bacon) - crumbled
1/2 cup milk
3 cups Country style hashbrowns -- thawed
1/3 cup green onions -- thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1-1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded and divided
In a meduim bowl, beat eggs and milk; stir in hash browns, green onions, salt and pepper sauce. Stir in 1 cup of the cheese and half of the bacon.

Pour into a greased 9 inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes or til the center of it is set.

Sprinkle with remaining bacon and cheddar and bake til the cheese is melted on top!
