Meatloaf
Lynn's Cheesy Meatloaf
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 egg
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 onion, peeled and chopped
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 tablespoon CROSSE & BLACKWELL Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 can (8-oz.) tomato sauce
Preheat barbecue grill.
In a large mixing bowl combine ground beef, egg, cheddar cheese, onion, soft
bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Mold into a loaf
shape in a lightly oiled bowl.
Invert onto a cooking pan and lift off the bowl. Grill for 55 minutes; drain the
cooking pan.
Return to cooking pan; spread tomato sauce on top and grill for an additional 25
minutes.
Remove from grill and serve hot.
