Granny's Family Meat Loaf

1 lb ground beef
1 egg lightly beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 onion chopped
1/4 bell pepper chopped
Salt & pepper
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco
1 8 oz can tomato sauce

Stir egg into meat, add onion and bell pepper and mix . Mix in everything else except catsup.
Shape into a loaf and place in a shallow pan and bake @ 350F  40-45mins.
