Pharonise Ham Loaf With Pineapple

11/2 cup drained, crushed pineapple
1 lb lean well flavored ham ground
1 lb lean pork ground
1/12 cup crushed corn flakes
1 cup milk
3 eggs, beaten
Salt & Pepper
1 tsp cornstarch

In a bowl combine 1 cup pineapple with all the other ingredients except cornstarch .
Blend thoroughly, working the mixture to a thin paste. Pack firmly in a 5x8 inch 
loaf pan, smooth the top. Bake @ 350F for 30 mins; reduce heat to 275F and bake
11/2 hours basting with basting sauce. Turn on platter. Mix remaining pineapple
and cornstarch and spread over loaf.

The truth of the matter is that you always know the right thing to do. The hard part is doing it.
