Shanna's Sweet Mustard Glaze Ham & Pork

I lb firm & Smokey baked ham
 1 1/2 lb ground pork
trimmed of any tough outer rind   
1 cup milk
1 cup finely saltine crushed crackers   

salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 350. In a food processor, finely chop the ham. In a large bowel stir together
ham & pork. Add the crackers, milk and pepper, mix thoroughly. Transfer to a large shallow pan and form a flat loaf. Bake the loaf for 30 min. Spread 1/3 sweet mustard over the loaf and bake additional 15 min. Spread 1/2 the glaze over the loaf and bake for 15 additional min.

Honey Mustard Glaze


1/4 cup grainy, mild mustard
2 Tbs Honey
1 Tbs bourbon

mix all together
