Cullen's  Country Meat Loaf

1/2 cup onion, diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons fat-free low-sodium chicken broth
1 1/2 pounds turkey breast, ground
2 medium egg whites
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup fat-free barbecue sauce, bottled
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Sauté onion and garlic in chicken broth until soft. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed onion and garlic, egg whites, mustard, Worcestershire, and barbecue sauce. Then add breadcrumbs and thyme.
Form into a loaf shape and place into ungreased 3 1/2- by 8-inch loaf pan. Brush with 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce.
Bake until cooked through for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool before cutting into 8 slices.
