Cullen's Chicken Loaf

5 lb chicken, cooked, de boned and ground or 2 lbs ground chicken
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
3 large beaten 
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
Sal & pepper
Paprika

Combine all and mix well and make a loaf, place in greased pan and bake @ 325 for 50 mins

Training gives us an outlet for suppressed energies created by stress and thus tone the spirit just as exercise conditions the body.
