Venison Meatloaf
2 lb venison, ground
1 lb sausage, ground ( mild)
2 eggs
6 Tbsp parsley, chopped
6 Tbsp butter, softened
1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
2 tsp lemon juice
salt & pepper
1 large red onion chopped
1 green pepper diced
12 oz can V-8 Spicy Style Juice
Combine all ingredients except the Onion Soup Mix and the c
up of water and shape into a loaf. Place in a lightly greased pan.
Pour V-8 juice over meat. Bake 1 hour at 350-degrees.or
until internal temp is 165 degrees. Baste every 10 minutes with V-8 Juice
