Granny's Garlic Sauce

2 cups beef broth
2 cups dry white wine
Salt
2 tbs minced fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic minced very fine
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbs olive oil

Combine broth and wine in saucepan and cook until reduced by half. Add salt,
parsley and garlic over low heat for 30 mins. Add lemon juice and oil.

Great with beef and goat.
