Lynn's Orange Bourbon Sauce

2 tbsp. brandy or cognac
1 c. orange marmalade
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
Pinch of salt
1 c. raisins (optional)
Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer 10 minutes. Yield: 3 cups sauce.
