Granny's Parsley Sauce

2 tbs butter
2 tbs flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbs onion minced
1/4 cup fresh minced parsley
1 hard cook egg chopped

Melt butter in double boiler over hot water; add flour and blend. Stir in milk and continue
stirring until sauce is smooth and thickened. Add the rest of ingredients. Blend.
Cook 3-4 mins over moderate heat and serve from a sauceboat.

You can say any fool thing to a dog, and the dog will give you a look that says, 'My, God, you're right! I would have never thought of that'.
