Rice:

Other than a comfort food is good for colon.

Rhubarb:

Extremely high in oxalates that causes kidney stones in some people.

Seaweed and Kelp:

Kelp kills virus, may lower blood pressure.   Protects against certain cancers. Useful source for Iron and Calcium.
- ( Ca K Fe ) iodine, carotene

Seeds:
