McGuire's Cornbread Dressing

1/2 c chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 pan cornbread
4 slices of white bread
Sal & pepper
2-6 tbs sage
4-6 tbs poultry seasoning
4 well beaten egg
1-2 cup Turkey Broth

In bowl mix a can of cream of celery and onion soup.

Cut up 1/2 chopped onions & 1 cup celery fine
Put in pan with 1 cup water (NO MORE) and simmer to soft. and
ALL water gone. Add to soups

 In food processor place corn bread and bread and pulse to fine can be done 2 days ahead of time. 

in a bowl add breads, sage, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, eggs, onion, celery and soups. Add enough broth so mixture is moist but not runny. Place in greased casserole dish and bake @ 325 till brown about 30-45 min.

Note; It's great like it is or you can add oysters or sausage.
