Domino's Oyster Dressing

1 pint to 1 quart oysters                            
Season to taste( sage, salt pepper etc.)
11/2 lbs day old bread trimmed                
1 stick butter                                       
and cut  into small pieces                            
2 ribs celery chopped
1 lbs onions chopped                                  
2 eggs
3 to 4 chicken or turkey stock


Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add celery and onions and saute 1 min
Add stock and seasoning cook till tender. Drain saving stock.
In a bowel combine vegetables and bread; season to taste add oysters and eggs.
Moisten dressing with reserved stock and blend lightly. If necessary adjust bread by amount of oysters
used. Pour mixture into greased shallow pan 2-3 quart bake at 350 about 1 hour.
