Lynn's Arnold Fruit Stuffing
1 (15 oz.) Arnold's stuffing
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. dried apricots
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped almonds
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. curry powder
In large bowl combine stuffing mix, eggs, milk, apricots, raisins, almonds,
brown sugar and curry powder mixing with a fork until moistened. This will stuff
an 18 to 20 pound turkey. To stuff an 8 pound turkey or 5 to 6 pound chicken
rooster use Arnold's 7 ounce package of stuffing and cut remaining ingredients
in half. Remaining stuffing can be cooked separately in 350 degree oven, covered
for 15 minutes then uncovered for 15 minutes
