Lynn's Oat Dressing

2 c Quaker Oats, uncooked -- (quick or old-fashioned)
4 c Dry bread cubes
1/2 c Butter or margarine -- melted
1 md Onion -- grated
Salt & Pepper
1 tbs Poultry seasoning
1 tbs Sage
2 tbs

 Water Place oats and bread cubes in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to oats mixture; toss gently to mix. Stuff lightly into body cavity and neck region of turkey. Roast according to standard roasting directions. For one 10 to 12-lb. turkey.
