Tex Mex Sauces
Salsa

 

Granny's Peach Salsa

2 c Peaches, peeled & diced
2 c Tomatoes, diced
1/3 c Cilantro, lightly packed
2 tbs Lemon juice
Black pepper, Cayenne & Salt
1 clove Garlic, crushed
2 tbs Olive oil
1 tbs Balsamic vinegar  to taste

Place all ingredients in a blender or a food processor & process for a few seconds.

It is almost as important to know what is not serious as to know what is.
