Lynn's Grilled Corn & Black Bean
3 medium ear of corn -- husked
2 Anaheim chili pepper
3 plum tomatoes -- chopped
1 can black beans (16 oz) -- rinsed and drained
3 tbs fresh lime juice
Grill or broil chilies and corn 8 minutes or until charred. Cut corn
from cob (you should have about 1 1/2 cups). Peel peppers, then chop. Mix in a
bowl with remaining ingredients.
And there isn't any way that one can get rid of the guilt of
having a nice body by saying that one can serve society with it, because that
would end up with oneself as what? There simply doesn't seem to be any moral
place for flesh.
