Salsa

 

Cullen's Cherry Salsa

1 c Cherries; dark; sweet
3 tbs Basil; chopped fresh
11/2 tbs Green pepper; finely chopped
1 tesp Lemon juice
1 tesp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tesp Lemon peel; grated
1/4 tesp Tabasco Sauce

 Pit and chop the fresh OR frozen dark sweet cherries and combine with all other ingredients; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
