Kat's Apricot Salsa

1/2 cup apricot preserves
1/4 chopped green onions
1/4 cup finely chopped jalapeno peppers
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon peel
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon salt

Combine the ingredients together in a bowl
