Salsa

Lynn's Orange Salsa

2 Oranges peeled & cut into pieces
1 sm Onion chopped fine
2  minced Habaneros
1/4 + cup chopped cilantro leaves *no stems*
3 tbs Fresh lime juice
2 tbs  virgin olive oil
1 tesp Dried Mexican oregano
 Salt

Mix it all together - let it sit for a 1/2 hour
