Cullen's Papaya Nut Tomato Salsa

6 Tomatoes, blanched, peeled,  and chopped
1 Papaya, peeled, seeded, and Diced
1/2 Red Onion, diced
1/4 c Macadamia Nuts, toasted and Chopped
2 tbs Mint, chopped
2 tbs Cilantro, chopped
1/4 c Fresh Lime juice
1/4 c Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Combine all ingredients, and adjust seasonings to taste.
