Cullen's Peach Tomato Salsa

1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
1 cup diced peeled ripe peaches
2 cups diced ripe tomatoes
4 minced jalapeno pepper
1/4 cup diced white onions
4 tbs minced cilantro
3 tbs balsamic vinegar

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate, covered, for 2 hour. Allow to come back to room temperature before serving
