Granny's Pineapple Salsa

2 c Minced pineapple 
2 md Cloves garlic, minced 
3 tbs Minced fresh mint 
2 tbs Fresh lime juice 
 Salt Cayenne to taste 
1/2 tbs Cumin

Combine everything, cover tightly and refrigerate
