James's Crab Salsa
1/2 lb crabmeat
1/2 cup lime juice
1 tsp tangerine peel, grated
2/3 cup tangerine
1/2 cup tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 tbsp purple onions, chopped
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp jalapeno, chopped
1/8 tsp salt
Combine ingredients in a bowl, toss gently. Cover and Chill
